Description We have a role for a gas commercial manager

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Overall commercial management responsibility for a contracting business in excess of £20m p.a. .
- Establishing and implementing all post contract commercial, procurement management, reporting systems and procedures and the commensurate organisation.
- Evaluating and managing all contractual risks and working with Operations Director to maximize commercial benefits of all contracts.
- Providing assistance with bids within the UK Gas Business Unit.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A contractor’s QS with at least 10 years commercial experience.
- Experience of utilities and/or civil engineering contracting at a senior level.
- A self-starter with management experience, or obvious potential, and a leader in setting up and managing all commercial management and reporting systems.
- Capable of working with management to maximize the benefits of contracts but customer aware and able to deliver partnership or other init
